About Raymond L. Shackelford III
Raymond L. Shackelford III, a Texas licensed attorney and escrow officer, has been offering real estate legal services to the Cedar Creek Lake area for over 10 years. His affiliation with Cedar Creek Title Co. began in 2008.
Our Services
Raymond grew up in the Cedar Creek Lake area and graduated from Kemp High School. After high school, he attended Trinity Valley Community College, Tyler Junior College and graduated from the University of Texas in Austin.
After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, he went on to Texas Tech University where he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree.
Jeri Lynn Chase began working with us in April 2017 and now calls Cedar Creek Title Co. her home. She has been working as a licensed escrow officer in the Cedar Creek Lake area since 2003.

Toni Vermeule has been working in and around various title companies in the Cedar Creek Lake area for the past 13 years. She began working with Cedar Creek Title Co. in May of 2014.
